One ordering flow, owned by you.

Pickup, delivery, and dine-in: one menu, your own site and app, nothing rented from anyone.

Your branded ordering site

A fast site at your own domain, built for thumbs. Orders land on your kitchen printer or screen.

Your branded app

iOS and Android under your name: App Store and Google Play, push notifications you control, not a marketplace.

Delivery without the cut

Run your own drivers or add a courier for overflow. The order, the customer, and the margin stay yours.

Direct ordering, plainly.

Every order comes straight to your kitchen.
Web, app, QR, phone: same printer, same ticket flow.
You keep what the apps would take.
No 30% cut on every order. The margin stays in the till.
One dashboard, not five logins.
Website, ordering, customers, marketing: one place.
0%
Per-order commission
Flat monthly fee. Always.

Every order, every channel, one screen.

Web, app, QR code, phone. They all land in one place: print, accept, send.

  • One menu drives every channel
Update once. It shows on your site, app, QR menus, counter POS, and phone's AI receptionist.
  • Real-time order routing
Print, kitchen display, or both. Pick what your kitchen runs on.
  • Slow down the rush
When the kitchen's slammed, push prep times back so customers see honest ETAs before they order.

Online ordering, answered.

Does Calode actually replace the delivery apps, or do I still pay them?
For most owners, yes: it replaces them. Point your app customers at your own ordering link, and within a few months most order direct. Many keep the apps on as backup, but the everyday volume moves to your site, and the 30% cut stops.
How do payouts and refunds work?
Payments run through Stripe under the Calode hood and pay out to your bank on Stripe's standard schedule for your country, usually within a week, with no per-order Calode commission. Refunds go from the same dashboard: Calode reverses the charge, back on the card within days.
Can I use my own drivers, or do I have to outsource delivery?
Either. Run your own in-house drivers with the dispatch view, or arrange a third-party courier in your region for overflow. Either way the order and the customer stay with you, not the courier app. We confirm courier options for your city on the demo call.
What if my kitchen is slammed? Can I slow new orders down?
Yes. Rush mode pushes prep times back automatically when the queue gets deep, and the customer sees an honest ETA before they place the order. You can also pause specific channels (say, third-party delivery) if you need to clear the line without going completely dark.
My regulars only find me on DoorDash. How do I bring them direct?
Most owners run a small first-order discount and print the direct link on every takeout bag and pickup ticket. The delivery apps stay on while you redirect. Within two or three months most regulars switch. They prefer ordering direct once they know it exists.
Who owns the customer data: Calode, or me?
You. Every order, name, phone number, and email sits in your dashboard, exportable to CSV whenever you want. If you ever leave Calode, the list goes with you. There is no marketplace sitting between you and your customer.

Kinda crazy not handing over 30% every week.

We stopped using the delivery apps. Now we only take orders through our own site. Setup took a little work at the start, but now it runs smooth.

Now I just open my phone and see how the branch is doing.

Before Calode, I was running around like crazy taking orders from directors. Now I open my phone and see everything. Orders coming in from the site and the app.

Replaced a $1,000 website quote.

Developers quoted me $800–$1,200 for just a website. With Calode I got the website, online ordering, and more, all in one dashboard, for a small monthly fee.
