Cookies notice
Effective July 11, 2026
This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) used on calode.com and in the Calode dashboard. For how we handle the data they collect, see our Privacy policy.
Categories we use
1. Strictly necessary
Required to run the site and keep you signed in. These cannot be switched off.
- Session cookie: keeps you signed into the dashboard.
- CSRF token: protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on web forms.
2. Functional
Remember your preferences (e.g. dismissed banners).
3. Analytics and advertising (only when configured)
We use analytics to understand which pages help and which do not, and advertising measurement to know whether our ads work. Each of these runs only when we have switched it on.
- Plausible (when enabled): cookieless page-view counts; no personal data is collected.
- Google Analytics / Tag Manager (when enabled): collects anonymised usage data with IP truncation. You can opt out via tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook) (when enabled): records page views and form submissions so we can measure our advertising and build ad audiences. Meta may set third-party cookies. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad preferences.
How to control cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will log you out of the dashboard. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. We honour the GPC where required by law.
Changes
We update this notice when the cookies we use change. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
