Calode

One order in. Ten orders out.

Calode turns a one-time order into a weekly habit: no app, no plastic card, no extra app fees.

Loyalty runs itself. You just cook.

No punch cards, no second app. The guest orders once and they are in the system.

Points the guest actually understands

A dollar in is a point. Redeem for a free item or percentage off, your rule, your margin.

The right email, right on time

Birthday week or two weeks quiet: Calode's email automations send the nudge; SMS too, with your Twilio account.

Your customer list, owned by you

Every name, number, and order: exportable to CSV any time, and it comes with you if you leave.

Regulars, on autopilot.

A returning guest costs nothing to acquire. Calode turns one-time orders into a habit, no texting by hand.

Regulars come back on their own.
Points and rewards travel with the guest across web, QR, and the counter.
Win-back emails bring back the ones who drifted.
Calode's email automations send at the right week, automatically.
You own the customer list, not an app.
Every name and number sits in your dashboard. Export any time.
Birthday emails, handled.
A small reward goes out the week of, in your voice.

Who's coming back. Who's slipping.

Every customer has a profile (last visit, lifetime spend, order history), grouped by recency so you can send a campaign.

  • Lapsed-customer lists
Pull the guests you haven't seen in 30, 60, or 90 days, then send a campaign.
  • Customer profile lookup
Search any phone number; see last visit, lifetime spend, favourite item.
  • Birthday email automation
Auto-send a small reward the week of a guest's birthday. Set once, runs forever.

Loyalty, answered.

Do my customers need to install a loyalty app to earn points?
No. They sign up at checkout with their phone number. That is the whole flow, and points and rewards travel with them across your website, QR menu, and counter. No second app on their home screen.
Do I own the customer list and the rewards data, or does Calode?
You. Every name, phone number, points balance, and reward history sits in your dashboard. You can export the full list to CSV any time. It is yours to keep and to take elsewhere if you ever leave Calode.
Can I design my own reward rules (free item, percentage off, points-based)?
Yes, it is points-based. You set point values per menu category and each reward's cost in the catalogue, so a tenth-coffee-free punch card is just the right point cost. Rewards work best as coupon-style discounts today; item-specific freebies need a staff hand-off at the counter.
What does it cost to send emails and texts to my list?
Email marketing is included in the plan: campaigns, automated follow-ups, customer groups, analytics. SMS goes through your own Twilio account (you sign up at twilio.com), and Twilio bills you directly for messages at carrier rate. We help you wire Twilio up during onboarding.
Can I import the customer list I already have?
Yes. Drop a CSV during onboarding (name, phone, optionally email) and your existing guests are in the system from day one. Points balances carry over if you provide them.
What happens to my list and rewards if I leave Calode later?
The list exports as a CSV: names, phone numbers, points balances, lifetime spend, last-visit dates. There is no marketplace lock-in. You bring the relationship with you wherever you go next.

Kinda crazy not handing over 30% every week.

We stopped using the delivery apps. Now we only take orders through our own site. Setup took a little work at the start, but now it runs smooth.

Now I just open my phone and see how the branch is doing.

Before Calode, I was running around like crazy taking orders from directors. Now I open my phone and see everything. Orders coming in from the site and the app.

Replaced a $1,000 website quote.

Developers quoted me $800–$1,200 for just a website. With Calode I got the website, online ordering, and more, all in one dashboard, for a small monthly fee.
